> chisholm, former web & design intern at The Lutheran, is currently preparing for a career in communications after embarking on missionary work around the United States and Southeast Asia for one year with Youth Encounter.
Chisholm joined The Lutheran as an intern for the summer of 2005. After recently graduating from Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa, Chisholm said the opportunity to live and work in Chicago for a summer was very appealing. Focusing mostly on a new design for www.theyounglutheran.org, his hope was to create a place for youth of the church to interact, learn, and explore.
Chisholm says his passion is to give a voice to the voiceless—those who have a story to tell, but remain silenced by society. The desire to report under-reported stories and seeking to find new truths in life is what fuels this driving passion.
Serving others and traveling are the loves of his life. Favorite adventures include trips to Australia, London, Paris, Italy, Mexico, Canada, New York City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and always Montana.
